Reciprocity was Co-founded by Kanchan S Satpathy & Manish Puri with the vision to build a community of Entrepreneurs who are intellectually agile and understand and imbibe the philosophy of Reciprocity.

The company is now being led by Kanchan S Satpathy. She is a Practicing Architect, lawyer and an alumni of IIM Ahmedabad. She is extremely passionate about Reciprocity and practices it in every sphere of her life, be it on the professional front or personal. She believes that the strongest currency today for any transactions is Reciprocity.
